This house is located in Downtown Franklin Tennessee and was built in the 1950. The house has 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom currently and DAC Home Renovations is adding a Master Suite, Master Bathroom, Laundry Room, and Dining Room.
Grassland Garage
This Detached Garage is located in Franklin, TN in the Grassland Community. The owner has a keen eye for quality construction and built the garage on 3,500 PSI Fiber-Mesh Concrete with extra re-enforced steel. The Garage has 2 Car Bays, a Bay for a Tool Area, and a fully decked upstairs for storage.
Grassland Sunroom
This is our 3rd Project at this home. We built a free standing garage, converted the old garage to a family room, and have now added a sunroom to the home. Some of the features of the room are a spacious patio for entertaining, a true tongue and groove bead board ceiling, and a stone fireplace built out of stone from the family\'s farm in Columbia. We were very pleased with the outcome of this custom renovation project.
